Frequently asked questions

Everything you'd want to know before reserving a piece of land. Still curious? Give us a call.

How does buying a property work?

Pick the property you want and reserve it for $100, which holds it for 48 hours and applies toward your purchase. We then prepare your purchase agreement for review. You sign digitally and return it. If you pay in full, the deed is filed in your name with the county. If you're on a payment plan, you start your monthly payments and the deed transfers once it's paid off.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. If a property carries annual taxes or HOA dues, they're stated plainly in the agreement. Every fee, tax, and payment is laid out clearly before you sign anything.

Are you a real estate agent?

No — and that works in your favor. Agents represent other people in a transaction. We own the land we sell, so we represent ourselves. That means no agent in the middle and lower closing costs for you.

Why is your land so affordable?

We buy land that's sitting unused, often well below market, and pass the savings on to you. We focus on areas with real potential — places to recreate, retire, or build a home one day.

Can you help me find a specific kind of property?

Absolutely — it's one of the most common things people ask. Tell us the state, size, and use you have in mind and we'll help you find it. Reach out through our contact page or just give us a call. We're happy to walk you through buying your first piece of land.

How do I know this is a safe way to buy property?

We've been doing this since 2016, with properties across multiple states. Every sale uses official documents and follows strict guidelines, so ownership transfers to you the same way it would when you buy a car or a home — just simpler and more affordable.

What payment methods do you accept?

PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, cashier's check, USPS money order, and bank wire. Your $100 reservation can be made online; we'll confirm the best method for the balance when we send your agreement.
