These terms cover your use of the Action Land Company website and the purchase of property through us. By using the site or reserving a property, you agree to them.
A $100 reservation holds a property for 48 hours while we prepare your purchase agreement. The reservation amount applies toward your purchase. If you decide not to move forward within that window, contact us and we'll release the hold.
All purchases are documented with an official purchase agreement. Owner-financed properties include the price, monthly payment, term, and any taxes or dues stated plainly in the agreement. The deed is filed in your name once the property is paid in full, or upon a paid-in-full cash purchase.
Properties are sold as-is. We describe each parcel as accurately as we can, but you are responsible for your own due diligence — zoning, access, utilities, and intended use — before completing a purchase. We're happy to share the information we have.
Reservation and refund terms for each property are stated in that property's purchase agreement. Reach out to us directly with any cancellation request and we'll walk you through the options for your specific transaction.
